The Council of Working Youth of the Nizhny Novgorod region held its first visiting meeting this year at the site of JSC Ruspolimet in Kulebaki.
More than 35 young representatives of various municipalities of the region visited our company. During the meeting, the members of the council were given a tour of the workshops of the metallurgical plant, told about the work of production facilities, about the features of powder metallurgy. The children also visited the Museum of History and Local Lore named after the brothers Amanda and Gustav Struve, where they were able to immerse themselves in the past of our plant, get acquainted with its rich history.
In the business part of the meeting, the main areas of work with youth at Ruspolimet and in the city were discussed. Oleg Lavrichev, Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma, greeted the participants via videoconference. The HR Directorate and the Council of Young Specialists introduced the participants to projects and events aimed at attracting and supporting young specialists of our company.
The visiting meeting of the Council of Working Youth on the basis of Ruspolimet JSC is a new opportunity to share our successful experience of working with young people with colleagues in the region.
