 The year 2024, according to Viktor Klochai, left
contradictory impressions." The chronology of the first half of the year is a clear
indication of the results of Ruspolimet Group in the development of new products. In
February, a 100-ton TUK of a new series was sent to the Akkuyu NPP in Turkey.
The next steps in import substitution were made by the Grankom Powder Metallurgy Plant
and the Vacuum Metallurgy Plant (part of the Ruspolimet Group).

 In July – another landmark event: launch
GIP 2200 is a unique gasostat built from scratch by order
of Ufa UEC-UMPO. "We have completed one of the largest gas stations in the world, in Europe,
which today demonstrates very stable performance, more than
meeting the technical specification." And our client, we believe,
has solved his task-for us this is a great incentive, a great motivation to deal with these
issues further, " says the industrialist. 

The development of gasostat production
continues. Last year, two plants were also built for the Joint-stock company
NIIgrafit is a research institute in the structure of Rosatom.
"Today we have ordered the third such gas generator. Now, taking into account our experience, we will reduce
both the time frame and introduce many improvements that will allow this unit
to be operated more efficiently, " the head added. 
Ruspolimet Group is developing the production line of gasostats in JSC Corporation of Special Equipment.

Nizhny Novgorod region. 

There are some successes in the development of export. The company started operating in the markets of Asia and the Middle East. "Last
year we actively worked to the east. Just the day before, I met with representatives of India, and we agreed to participate in the aviation exhibition, which
will be held in February. We were at an exhibition in Iran, and today we signed the first contracts." We are developing cooperation with China, " says Viktor Klochai. But
the main thing is the domestic market. And by the fall, against the backdrop of an increase in the key rate The Central Bank's economic situation has begun to change. There were non-payments from buyers. The rise in the cost of loans affected the plans of enterprises \ - customers. "Another significant increase in the key rate has affected
the plans of many of our clients." Many people have withdrawn orders that were already in their portfolio. Many people have said, " You know, we reduce our appetites a bit.". Even for
contracts that were pre-paid, some asked to suspend execution without returning the advance until the go-ahead – "because most likely we will not
be able to pay you". We are very grateful to the companies that behaved this way,because it is at least fair, " said the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ruspolimet Group of Companies. 

In 2024, Ruspolimet, the group's parent company, increased its product sales by 8%, exceeding the 30 billion rubles mark, and the total result for GC was close to 50
billion rubles. This year, according to Viktor Klochai, if measures are not taken to stabilize the economic situation, this result may be difficult
to achieve. According to the industrialist, in difficult conditions the group does "everything possible and impossible" to ensure the production capacity of the company. 

31.01.2025 RUSPOLIMET CONTINUES MASTER MECHANICAL PROCESSING OF LARGE-SIZE PRODUCTS MADE OF HEAT-RESISTANT ALLOYS

As part of the investment project "Organization of production of large-sized products for
high-power gas turbine engines", Ruspolimet JSC continues to install numerically controlled rotary lathes for
machining large-diameter rings. The investment project provides for the supply of six machine tools to the production areas of the machining shop. Last
year, four pieces of equipment were installed. In the infusioncurrently, the company's specialists are installing the fifth machine. The new equipment is designed
to perform almost all types of turning operations when processing dimensional parts with a diameter of up to 5000 mm made of steels and alloys of various hardness and
structure. Putting the machines into operation will allow unloading the existing equipment fleet in the machining shop.

 The implementation of the project gives Ruspolimet an opportunity to develop such a direction in mechanical processing of rings as the production of large-sized
products made of heat-resistant alloys, as well as to expand the range and increase the production volumes of rings.

studied the types of professional activities that correspond to their specialty-metal research in laboratories and heat treatment processes in the workshop. Future metallurgists-metal experts were able to ask questions to experienced professionals, learn important features of working on equipment, and already during the internship at RUSPOLIMET they will gain new skills and competencies in their
specialty. This approach to training allows you to prepare a college graduate who meets the requirements of the employer as much as possible.
