The UEC-UMPO - Ufa Engine-building Production Association is launching unique equipment. The hot isostatic press, model GIP 2200, is the largest in Russia and one of the largest in the world.

"This is a complex that was created in the country for the first time. In its class, in terms of size and characteristics, it is the third gasostat in the world. There are four of them in total, along with ours. These are Sweden, the USA, Japan and Ufa," Viktor Klochai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ruspolimet, tells reporters.

The start of the installation is given by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Anton Alikhanov. The created section of hot isostatic pressing will reduce the production time of engines for domestic passenger aircraft. In the new workshop, gas-stabilization of titanium and aluminum castings of aircraft engine body parts will be performed around the clock.

Technological leadership is defined by presidential decree as one of the national development goals of the country. The strategy has been approved and priorities have been identified. Why education is of fundamental importance in this regard, what initiatives are offered by industrialists, as well as what else, in the opinion of business, it is important to pay attention to in order to achieve technological sovereignty. This was stated in an interview with Viktor Klochai, Vice President of the RSPP, Chairman of the RSPP Co-council in the Volga Federal District, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ruspolimet JSC.

- Viktor Vladimirovich, the previous time we talked about the impact of high rates on the development opportunities of the industry. Now we would like to touch upon the issues of education that do not leave the sphere of attention of industrialists.

- The implementation of the strategy of scientific and technological development was discussed in August at the District Council under the chairmanship of the plenipotentiary in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov. All regions have prepared very good programs. It would seem that industrialists need to talk about production, and I'm talking about education.

The development of industry should be based on innovative approaches. And what is innovation? This is the creative thinking of people with a good education who are able to think outside the box, analyze, reason, and understand tasks and problems. Only with such specialists it is possible to make a technologically advanced, competitive enterprise. Otherwise it is impossible. Therefore, education is one of the key factors.

And here, some things are happening in the exact opposite direction. For example, by order of the Ministry, some professions in metallurgy and a certain part of mechanical engineering were canceled. One name is technologist (we are talking about the order of the Ministry of Education and Science dated 02/01/2022 No. 89 on new lists of specialties, enlarged groups of training areas have been introduced – ed.).

Last Saturday, the first family festival "Small Town – big Family", held within the framework of the "Year of the Family with Ruspolimet" project, was "lit" in the city - a festive, grandiose event, the like of which Kulebaks have not yet seen! The festival is timed to coincide with the 158th anniversary of the birth of the city-forming enterprise JSC Ruspolimet. Thus, the plant shared its joy with the families of metallurgists, residents of the city, in whose families children grow up – the future of our city and the plant!

Pavel Gennadievich Igoshin, Director of Production at Ruspolimet JSC, Chairman of the Council of Deputies of Kulebaki city, congratulated the guests of the festival. In his speech, P.G.Igoshin emphasized the importance and value of the family in the life of the country and every person.

Families wishing to prove themselves competed in the contests "Intellectual Family", "Sports Family" and "Creative Family". The tasks in the contests were very diverse, sometimes unexpected, but fun and exciting. Children participated together with their parents. The winners received certificates and the main prize – a hot air balloon flight.

The atmosphere of celebration, fun and unity captured everyone. Animators worked with young children in specially designated areas, so that parents who were busy completing competitive tasks could completely immerse themselves in the creative process for a short time. Many families expressed a desire to participate in various master classes on making kaleidoscopes, painting shoppers, creating bracelets from letters, mini-paintings on easels, then receiving works and souvenirs made with their own hands. The children became active participants in the foam show, the illusionist show, and enjoyed watching an interesting puppet show. A storm of emotions was aroused among the guests of the festival by the life-sized dolls, who nimbly moved on stilt stands, actively improvised on the move and willingly took pictures with everyone.

The evening was continued by a guest from Moscow, the author and singer of songs Vyacheslav Bykov, who performed his song hits, and the Nizhny Novgorod cover band "Trends". The closing of the festival was a spectacular and expressive fire show and an open-air film screening.

The continuation of the festive Saturday event was organized by the enterprise as part of the celebration of the Year of the family in Russia, the festival of large families "Big Family - the support of Russia", where the award ceremony for large families was held. On the twenty-fifth of August, the great hall of the Dubrovsky Palace of Culture was full for the occasion. The factory welcomed the guests with hospitably laid tables. After a small buffet, a bright and spectacular event began. The festival was opened by Viktor Vladimirovich Klochai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ruspolimet JSC, who became the initiator and ideological inspirer of the holiday. The topic of family is very close to Viktor Vladimirovich, since he himself is a father with many children. He raised two sons and a daughter, and helps raise eight grandchildren. 

To loud applause, the factory families – the winners of the nominations and the creative competition - one after another took to the stage, where they were honored with flowers and awards of the enterprise – certificates, prizes and gifts.

A gift for the holiday to all the creative families of Ruspolimet JSC were: shows, aerialist numbers, solo performances of modern hits by artists of Nizhny Novgorod, a performance by the Kulebak dance group Versailles, etc. And, of course, the show of famous illusionists Safronov brothers caused a storm of emotions. The numbers performed by them were beyond the human perception of reality and caused both delight and bewilderment: is this possible? Emotions literally overwhelmed everyone.

The incendiary performances of the performers, the festive atmosphere and gifts created a good mood for the factory workers and made the holiday dedicated to the factory families unforgettable!
