On October 17, RUSPOLYMET youth took part in the Corporate Quiz League. The first game of this intellectual tournament took place on this day. Two teams of young specialists from RUSPOLYMET presented our company among 21 teams from different enterprises and organizations in the region.
The music tour helped our teams to come together, "feel" each other before further games, and most importantly, it was interesting, fun and informative to spend time together.
As part of the "Year of the Family", RUSPOLYMET hosted another training for employees on "Role balance or prevention of family burnout".
During the training, family roles were analyzed in detail, the type of family system was determined using the test and associations about their family were shared. The participants learned how to identify fatigue, burnout and depression, when to seek help from specialists and how to prevent family burnout.
