Addition and ferrous alloys are manufactured at JSC RUSPOLYMET using aluminothermic method in a vacuum chamber, which provides for obtaining of purer alloys with extra low content of nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, phosphorous, carbon and other impurities.

Ferrotitanium is manufactured by means of alloying titanium wastes with scrap steel in induction furnaces, and is used at the steel making plant as an alloying element.
