An active member of the Council of Young Professionals took part in a conference on the development of corporate sports, which was held in Nizhny Novgorod on December 5. The main sporting events in which corporate teams can participate were discussed at the event. It is important for us to involve Ruspolymet employees, including young people, in sports events. Such corporate events unite, strengthen the team spirit and give the most positive emotions.
SMS representatives took away new ideas from the last conference, which the Council of Young Specialists will implement next year.
More than 170 participants from 80 enterprises of the region gathered at the "Boiling Point" in Nizhny Novgorod. The main purpose of the forum is to unite the youth communities of enterprises and jointly discuss issues of concern to young people.
For representatives of Ruspolymet JSC, the forum became an opportunity to immerse themselves in current trends of the youth movement, get acquainted with young employees of other enterprises, learn from the experience of colleagues and get fresh ideas.
